Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to be able to carry out a return. You must notify us by email at info@carmatsking.com stating:

I hereby communicate that I withdraw from my sales contract for the following product:

  • Order number.
  • Product or products you wish to return.
  • Name of consumer and user.
  • Address of consumer and user.
  • Time for collection of the return (morning/afternoon).
  • Contact telephone.
  • Bank details (if applicable).
  • Signature of consumer and user.
  • Date.

Returns of cloth / velor mats are not accepted. These mats are manufactured (unitarily) exclusively tailored for your model, in the option and color that the consumer has decided, always being a personalized product. If the consumer has made a mistake of car model or mat color, send an email to info@carmatsking.com with your incident and we will offer you a discount so that you can place the order correctly. If you have questions about the color of your vehicle, consult us before placing the order, we always advise dark colors as they look good with any upholstery.

Our customer service department will check the information and will contact you. Then you will only need to send the order to our facilities in Madrid.

Once the product is received, we will carry out the refund using the same payment method used during the initial transaction. We will have a period of 14 calendar days to process the return of the money.

Bear in mind that:

  1. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  2. Personalised, tailor-made products cannot be returned.
  3. The status of the product or product must be the same as that of the receipt, otherwise the return will not be made.
  4. The condition of the product or products must be the same as when it was received by you, otherwise, the refund will not be made.
  5. If there is an error in the order on our part, we will resolve it without any cost to you.

Exchanges

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exchange it, first you need to return the order and then reorder it again.

Cloth / velor mat changes are not accepted. If changes of boot mats, boot protectors, accessories and mats of external manufacturer in rubber or pvc are accepted.

Warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, does not cover wear of the product by the use itself.
