Returns

Returns of cloth / velor mats are not accepted. These mats are manufactured (unitarily) exclusively for your model, in the option and color that the consumer has decided, always being a personalized product. If the consumer has made a mistake in the car model or the color of the carpet, send an email to info@carmatsking.com with your question and we will offer you a discount so that you can make the order correctly. If you have doubts about the color of your vehicle, contact us before ordering, we always advise dark colors as they fit well with any upholstery.

If returns are accepted from boot mats, boot protectors, accessories and mats from external manufacturers in rubber or PVC.

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to be able to carry out a return. You must notify us by email at info@carmatsking.com stating:

I hereby communicate that I withdraw from my sales contract for the following product:

  • Order number.
  • Product or products you wish to return.
  • Name of consumer and user.
  • Address of consumer and user.
  • Contact telephone.
  • Bank details (if applicable).
  • Signature of consumer and user.
  • Date.

Our customer service department will check the information and will contact you. Then you will only need to send the order to our facilities in Madrid.

Once the product is received, we will carry out the refund using the same payment method used during the initial transaction. We will have a period of 14 calendar days to process the return of the money.

Bear in mind that:

  1. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  2. Returns of cloth / velor mats are not accepted.
  3. El estado del producto o productos debe de ser el mismo al de la recepción, en caso contrario no se realizará la devolución.
  4. The condition of the product or products must be the same as when it was received by you, otherwise, the refund will not be made.
  5. If there is an error in the order on our part, we will resolve it without any cost to you.
