You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to be able to carry out a return. You must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating:
I hereby communicate that I withdraw from my sales contract for the following product:
Our customer service department will check the information and will contact you. Then you will only need to send the order to our facilities in Madrid.
Once the product is received, we will carry out the refund using the same payment method used during the initial transaction. We will have a period of 14 calendar days to process the return of the money.

Personalised, tailor-made products cannot be exchanged.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, does not cover wear of the product by the use itself.
